2010 All-Ireland SFC Semi-Final: Down get win over Kildare....

Down 1-16 Kildare 1-14

Down are into the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship Final against Cork after defeating Kildare by two points at Croke Park.

Kildare's Eamonn Callaghan beat three Down defenders and rounded the goalie, hammering high into the roof of the net in the 58th minute.

Hughie Lynch foulded Down's Danny Hughes in the 55th minute and Lynch was yellow carded.

Eoin O'Flaherty picked up a yellow card for Kildare in the 38th minute.

Half-Time: Down 1-09 Kildare 0-07

A yellow card for Down's Declan Rooney for a clumsy challenge on the 35th minute.

Benny Coulter got a goal for Down in the 12th minute.

Hughie Lynch replaces Dermot Earley in midfield for Kildare before the start of the match.

Attendance: 62,192

2010 All-Ireland SFC Semi-Final: Cork get an amazing victory over Dublin....

Cork 1-15 Dublin 1-14

Cork came from behind in the last few minutes of the match to beat Dublin in this All-Ireland Senior Football Championship semi-final.

Cork will now meet the winners of the Down/Kildare SFC semi-final (to be played next Sunday).

Match Notes:
Ross McConnell got a second yellow card in the 67th minute and is sent off.

Dublin's Ross McConnell fouls to give Cork a penalty. Donnacha O'Connor stepped up and struck the ball off the post and into the net.

Half-Time: Cork 0-07 Dublin 1-08

Dublin's Bernard Brogan got the first score of the match within the first minute, with a brilliantly taken goal.

There are doubts over the fitness of Cork's Graham Canty, but it has been confirmed that he will start.

Kilkenny cruised into the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship final with a 12 point win over Cork. The Cats' semi-final victory keep alive their chances of an unprecedented five-in-a-row.

Kildare defeat Meath.

Kildare's Dermot Earley had to go off after just three minutes with an injury.

Meath got a penalty in the 14th minute and Cian Ward scored a goal from the conversion.
