Derry 1-18
Fermanagh 1-10
Derry captured an easy victory over Fermanagh at Celtic Park.
The hosts completely dominated the first half and led by 1-12 to 0-2 at the break. John Brennan's charges had nine different scorers from open play during that opening period, with Eoin Bradley helping himself to 1-2.
Trailing by 16 points at one stage, the Ernesmen showed good battling qualities and they moved closer thanks to a second-half goal from corner back John Woods and four Daniel Kille points, but Derry's place in the second round was never in doubt.
