Wicklow easily defeated Carlow in the Leinster Senior Football Championship preliminary round at O'Moore Park.
Thirteen yellow cards and three red cards were handed out in the match. Wicklow defender Steven Kelly was the first to see red in first half injury-time.
Paul Earls scored the first goal in Portlaoise to give Wicklow a big advantage just before half-time.

Wicklow's Nicky Mernagh received a red card.
Leighton Glynn scored a goal for Wicklow.
Carlow lost midfielders Brendan Murphy and Thomas Walsh through second yellow cards in the second half.
Wicklow's JP Dalton scored a goal for Wicklow.
