Armagh advance to the next round of the Ulster Senior Football Championship after a deserved win over Derry at Celtic Park.
On the 11th minute, Derry's Kevin McGuckian received a yellow card for obstructing Finian Moriarty as the Armagh man was about to go through on goal. Scoreline: Derry 0-02 Armagh 0-02
On the 29th minute Derry's Mark Lynch exchanged passes with Fergal Doherty, drawing out the goalkeeper and leaving Paddy Bradley to fist the ball into an empty net. Scoreline: Derry 1-04 Armagh 0-04.
Half-Time: Derry 1-05 Armagh 0-08
On the 44th minute Bateson was booked for Derry, their third card of the game.
Armagh's Mackin was booked on the 47th minute for a foul on Fergal Doherty.
Ryan Henderson was taken off for Armagh on the 49th minute and Jamie Clarke came on. For Derry, Kielt replaced Wilkinson.
On the 54th minute, Eoin Bradley picked up his second yellow for pulling back an Armagh player. Bradley exited the game with Derry down to 14-men.
Armagh's Jamie Clarke scored a goal in 57th minute to make it 1-06 to 1-10 for Armagh.
On the 57th minute, yellow card for Ciaran McKeever, there were a few angry exchanges there after a mass brawl off the touchline.
On the 59th minute, Bateson is replaced by Craig.
On the 63rd minute Joe Diver came on for Doherty.
Armagh conceded a penalty in 67th minute when Gerard O'Kane was fouled. O'Kane took the penalty, but it was well saved by Hearty.
Derry only scored 2 points in the second half.
