All-Ireland SHC Leinster Championship 2011: Wexford defeat Antrim...

Wexford 3-16
Antrim 1-11

Wexford strolled in the second half to beat Antrim at Wexford Park.

Fresh from their landmark win over Laois a fortnight ago, the Saffrons went into this match full of hope but Dinny Cahill's charges - who trailed by just two at the break - were outclassed upon the resumption as the Model County booked a semi-final date with neighbours Kilkenny.

The Glensmen completely lost their way after the restart, managing to notch just three second-half points, with Bary McFall, Neil McManus and Karl Stewart on target.

Prior to that, they looked to be well in contention, especially when an early Conor McCann goal had them in touch at the interval, 1-8 to 1-10.
