All-Ireland SHC Munster Championship 2011: Tipp defeat Cork...

Cork 0-23
Tipperary 3-22

Goals were the difference as Tipperary beat Cork at Thurles.

The Rebels stayed with the winners all the way, but a last-gasp major from substitute Benny Dunne finally ended the game as a contest.

Playing with the wind in the first half, the hosts led by the odd point from nine at the end of the first quarter and Cork edged ahead momentarily before goals from twin terrors Lar Corbett and Eoin Kelly inside a devastating three minute spell between the 28th and 31st minutes helped Declan Ryan's team to a 2-11 to 0-10 interval advantage.
