It took extra time to decide this match, but Monaghan held out to win this disappointing clash for many a person watching. Steven McDonnell was sent off for Armagh, which didn't help their cause.
Monaghan's Damien Freeman got Man Of the Match.
Monaghan goes on to the next round of the qualifiers, while Armagh's 2009 championship season has now ended.
I thought Armagh would take this one, especially after their performance against Tyrone in the first round of the Ulster SFC.
