Liam Sammon has made two changes in personnel for the GAA All Ireland Round Four Qualifier clash with Donegal at Markievicz Park.
The Galway boss has brought Kieran Fitzgerald and Matthew Clancy into the starting line-up following the Connacht final defeat to Mayo. Former All-Star Fitzgerald replaces Niall Coyne at right corner back, while Clancy indirectly replaces Gary Sice in attack. Clancy was unable to start last Sunday's Connacht SFC final loss to Mayo due to injury, but now comes in at corner forward.
Sammon has also made a couple of positional changes which see Niall Coleman switching from wing forward to partner Joe Bergin in midfield, with Paul Conroy moving into the half-forward line. Sean Armstrong moves out to right half forward.
Galway Team:
A Faherty; K Fitzgerald, F Hanley, D Burke (captain); G Bradshaw, D Blake, D Meehan; J Bergin, N Coleman; S Armstrong, P Joyce, P Conroy; M Clancy, M Meehan, N Joyce.
