Galway's star defender Cullinane out for rest of GAA Hurling Championship...

Galway's hurling player Adrian Cullinane has been ruled out for the rest of the season, with a cruciate knee injury. The star defender suffered the horrific injury in last Saturday's win over Clare in the SHC Qualifiers Phase 2. He had an MRI scan on Tuesday that revealed the extent of the injury.

This is a big blow for Galway ahead of their clash with Cork in Saturday’s GAA All Ireland Qualifier Phase 3.

Despite this injury blow, has the Tribesmen Manager John McIntyre enough depth in his squad to overcome Cork in the qualifier match?

Well, Cork are not without their injury concerns, as well. The Rebels's star forward Ben O’Connor was forced off in their win over Offaly in SHC Qualifiers last weekend. It is said he has a “50-50” chance of starting against the Tribesmen.
